Submission
The ConfTool system of the Workshop must be used for submission of all extended abstracts (3 pages). Use the link under

The extended abstracts have to be submitted as PDF files generated using Word or LaTeX based on the templates provided below. The structural integrity of the PDF must be checked prior to submission.

Please keep in mind that the deadline for submission of the extended abstracts is October 15th, 2027.
For each accepted abstract, at least one author is expected to register and pay the registration fee; he/she will present the corresponding results at the workshop. If registration does not take place, the abstract will be removed from the program and from the published book of abstracts.
A book containing all accepted extended abstracts will be published online with a DOI. Please make sure you accept this publication procedure for your abstract during the submission process.
A number of contributions selected during the workshop will be invited to submit a full journal article for publication in a Special Issue of Particuology, as already done for the 2nd Workshop.

1) Standard registration includes the Welcome Reception on June 16th, all lunches and coffee breaks during the workshop, as well as the Gala Dinner on June 17th.
2) An official document confirming your student status will be requested on arrival at the registration desk. Student registration includes all benefits of full registration.
The registration fee is non-refundable.

The compulsory payment method is credit card (Stripe). A final receipt will be sent after the payment has been received in Magdeburg.
